There is a breezeway between the buildings, where the shared laundry machines are located. Because of the design, the entrances are private and noise can rarely be heard between the units. This property is entirely off-grid. Power is solar generated and stored in our on-site battery bank. Water is pumped from our on-site well, so there are no bills for power or water. Tenants must be aware of consumption- these resources need to be used efficiently and conservatively. We have trash service as well. Wifi/cable are the only utilities not included. You will have plenty of space for a garden if you would like, and you will have access to other shared areas, fruit trees, etc. on our one-acre property. There are 6 friendly hens and a few cats on the property. We would prefer no animals except under special circumstances. Month-to-month or longer lease depending on the situation.
